About Lisa M. Lee
Principal Consultant
Lisa M. Lee is a former resident of
Manchester, NH where she spent
20+ years working as a Senior
Human Resource Practitioner for
various companies. Her experience
includes working with
sales organizations, hi-tech, call
centers, law firms, non-profits
and small businesses where she
has developed her expertise in recruitment and training.
As the Principal Consultant of West Bay Recruitment and
Training Services, she assists businesses in identifying
their strategic HR needs for recruiting and training and
developing programs to support their organization's mission,
business climate, and growth.
Lisa holds the National Certification of SPHR (Senior
Professional in Human Resources) from SHRM (Society of
Human Resource Management); she is a summa cum
laude graduate from Granite State College with a B.S. in
Behavioral Sciences and is completing a Master's in
Education with a focus on Adult Learning and
Development with Plymouth State University. She is a
2006 recipient of the FEW Scholarship Award from the
Mount Washington Valley BPW and is an Adult Educator
with the MWV Career and Technical School.
Lisa has developed the unique approach of "People Power©", using her passion for adult learning and development,
her HR experience, and her skills in education.
